• All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work at our discretion.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• You can request a booking via our website, phone, or email.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time and scheduling impacts.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are free and valid for 14 days.

• Pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon. Any changes may affect the final cost.

• Additional work not included in the original quote will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept bank transfers and may offer other payment options.

• Overdue payments may incur interest or additional charges.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

• We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable workmanship.

• If there is a problem with our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion.

• We will assess and, if appropriate, arrange for remedial work.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the work area is safe and accessible.

• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements on site.

• Pets and valuables should be secured prior to our arrival.

7. Liability

• We take care while working but are not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or defects in the property.

8. Privacy

• Any personal information you provide is used solely to carry out our services.

• We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law. Please read our privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of our services after changes are published indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
